Homemade Salsa Recipe

Salsa is a kind of sauce that contains tomatoes and is usually offered as dips for refreshments and appetizers. This sauce is commonly served with delectable and special Italian, Spanish and Mexican dishes. The Famous Homemade Salsa

To make this spicy sauce, you need a can of peeled and pureed tomatoes, a can of stewed tomatoes, a can of chili tomato sauce, a can of chili tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce. Aside from these ingredients, you need ½ cup vinegar, ½ cup sugar, a whole celery stalk, four green peppers, four yellow onions and three green onions. To make it more enticing and tastier, you can add three red peppers and five Jalapeno peppers in the list of ingredients.

Slice the green peppers, yellow onions and green onions into several portions. Chop the red peppers, Jalapeno peppers and celery stalk. Mix the vegetables and the remaining ingredients in a clean and large bowl. Place the mixture in a large pot and heat over medium fire. Remove the pot from heat and let it stand for ten minutes. Transfer the sauce in a clean container and refrigerate. Serve after two hours.

Homemade Hot Salsa

The sauce contains two tablespoons mild jalapeno green salsa, a tablespoon of garlic salt, a cup of stewed tomatoes, an onion, a celery stalk, a cup of whole tomatoes and two green peppers. Chop the onion, green peppers and celery stalk. Pour ½ teaspoon of oil on a pan and sauté the green peppers, celery stalk and onion. Transfer the mixture in a food processor or blender. Add the green salsa, garlic salt, stewed tomatoes and whole tomatoes. Process the ingredients for a minute. Refrigerate and serve.

Homemade Guacamole Salsa

The ingredients include four ripe avocados, a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, ¼ cup jalapeno green salsa, ¼ cup sour cream, a tablespoon of grated onion, ¼ teaspoon garlic salt, a Jalapeno chili and ¼ cup sliced cilantro. Slice the avocados and peel. Place the fruits in a bowl and mash. Add the lemon juice in the bowl and mix the ingredients. Add the sour cream, salsa, garlic salt, Jalapeno chili, cilantro and onion. Continue mashing until the texture of the sauce becomes rough. Place inside the refrigerator and serve after 30 minutes or an hour.
