Beef Stew with Creamed Corn

Ingredients

Kernel (1 can)
Limas (frozen, 20 oz)
Tomato juice (1 can)
Sugar (a cup)
Creamed corn (1 can)
2 onions (sliced)
Celery (2 tbsp)
Corn oil (2 tbsp)
Beef
3 Carrots
A can of beef broth

Instructions

Combine the beef with onions and the broth. Boil the meat until it softens. The duration will depend on what method you use. A 3 quart pressure cooker will cook the mix in half an hour.

Get the tomato juice, onions, potatoes and sugar. Add salt, pepper and other seasonings. Boil it. Allow the mix to simmer for 60 minutes. Add the creamed corn to your homemade beef stew. Cook for another 15 minutes.

When it’s cooked, pour the mixture into a serving bowl. Serve with rice and cool drinks.

Beef Stew with Tomato Juice

Ingredients

Pepper (1 tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Onion (1 piece, sliced)
Tomato juice (3 cans)
Beef (2 lbs)
Peas (1 cup)
Hot water (1 cup)
Raw potatoes (2 cups)
Butter (2 tbsp)

Instructions

Add the butter to a pan; put the onions there and cook until it turns brown. Take away the onions and put the beef there. Let the beef turn brown and add pepper. Add some salt and the hot water. Pour the tomato juice. Cook this homemade beef stew for 20 minutes. Add the peas, potatoes and other vegetables.

Beef Stew with Mushroom

Ingredients

Beef (frozen 2 lbs)
Mushroom soup
Carrots
Diced potatoes
Onion soup mix (1 pack)

Instructions

This one is very simple. Add the beef, potatoes, carrots and other ingredients in a container. Put a lid on it. Place the pot in the oven. Cook at 250 F for 5 minutes. Wait until the final 45 minutes before adding the peas, and it’s done.

Stew meat (1 lb)
Oil (1 tsp)
Garlic clove (minced)
Thyme (1 tsp)
Onion soup (1 package)
Flour (3 tsp)
Potatoes
Hot sauce (2 cups)

Instructions

Start cooking this homemade beef stew by putting the flour and salt in a plastic bag. Set the meat in the bag and shake it. Put the meat in a pan and cook until it turns brown.
