To make the frosting, you need ¾ cup butter, a pound of cream cheese and four cups confectioners’ sugar.
Wash and prepare two baking pans and bowls. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Oil the baking pans and sprinkle with flour. Set the materials aside. Place the sugar and butter in a medium size bowl. Use a mixer to cream the mixture. Combine the cocoa and red food coloring in a separate bowl. Mix well and add the sugar mixture. Add the eggs.
