Homemade Hamburger Recipe

Mix the lamb, barbecue sauce, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. Use your hands to mix the ingredients well. Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a thick patty. Place each patty inside the cups that are made from aluminum foil.

Preheat the oven to 155 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the baking dish inside the oven. Bake the burger patties in the oven for 25 minutes to 30 minutes. Remove the baking dish from the oven. Set aside and wait for the burger patties to cool. Remove the patties from the cups using a clean spatula. Toast four burger buns. You can spread ketchup and mayonnaise in the buns.
